Now time for some recommendations >:)

I haven’t explored with many different types of lubricant, mostly because I do more solo play, which means only water-based lube. I’m also the type of person to try something and only ever use that. I used to only use JO water-based personal lubricant, but since starting work at an adult boutique I’ve adventured out more (to one other singular brand). One of my biggest recommendations is the Sutil and Hathor brand. It’s a women owned, Canadian company. They use entirely all natural ingredients, including horny goat weed and ginseng, which are natural aphrodisiacs so it helps with natural lubrication, too! It’s also hypoallergenic so it’s a good option if you have sensitivities. I’ve only used it a couple times now, but it’s my new go-to and i always recommend it to customers. The 3 kinds they have are the Luxe, which has the thinnest viscosity out of all of them. Then Sutil Rich, which is the thickest, and Hathor pure which is the original and has a medium viscosity. Other than that, they’re all pretty much the same. Now, JO is an alright brand, but since stumbling upon Sutil & Hathor, I’ve found that the JO feels stickier,, and more greasy. I feel like I have to wash my hands immediately after touching it. So if there’s ever a lube shortage and these are the only two lubes left in the entire world, I’d recommend Sutil & Hathor over JO.

In terms of non-sexual uses for lubricant, I’ve done some heavy research into Uberlube. I bought some to test out a bit ago but unfortunately my brain is stupid and I keep forgetting about it. It’s a silicone based lubricant, and it IS for sexual purposes but there’s also research into it being used to help fade scars, help tattoos appear brighter, and also just as a face moisturizer, lol. It’s compatible with polyisoprene and rubber latex condoms, which most silicone lubricants are not compatible with.

Once I expand my personal lubricant horizons, I’ll make an updated recommendations. The only other lube I’ve tried was a banana flavoured one that was just wayyyy too sweet.. I do not recommend anything banana flavour.
